March Update

Starting TYU has been amazing, and we have so many ideas for our apparel and our brand. Adding a side hustle to full time work and training six days a week means taking things one step at a time, but the excitement is real!!!
 
Apparel
 
The temperature has cooled a little over the last couple of weeks and we are hyped to get some Autumn apparel finalised! We anticipate having the first of these on the website in a couple of weeks, including long sleeve tees, hoodies and track pants! Perhaps there'll be a new design or two for autumn as well? 😉

Training
 
Training is going well. Lara’s shoulder injury did mean a less intense start to the year than planned, but taking the time to heal it properly is important for the future. There’s a small strength imbalance to work on, but we’re ready to get back to what we do best!!! Training hard, training ugly!
 
Current physique
 
“I’m currently sitting at almost the heaviest I’ve been and feeling it! I didn’t stick to my nutrition plan so much while I was powerlifting and am carrying more body fat than I ever did in my bodybuilding off-seasons. This is where the mindset is such an important tool; yes I’m a little uncomfortable, but I also know I have more building to do before we start leaning down. Trusting myself and trusting the process. Excited to see what it all looks like later this year!!!” - Lara
